This website provides general information about real estate and financing. An inquiry does not create representation, a lending commitment, or an appointment. Service availability, eligibility, pricing, and terms require individual review and applicable authorization.
Illustrative Estimates
Payment and refinance tools use assumptions you enter. Example rates are not advertised loan offers or APRs. Estimates omit stated costs and do not establish qualification, guaranteed savings, or the suitability of a transaction. Review actual terms and disclosures with the relevant professionals.
Property and Photography
Architectural photographs are illustrative. They are not live listings, evidence of transactions by Mark, or promises of available inventory. Property reviews require research; this website does not provide an instant appraisal. Photo sources and licenses appear in the footer.
Separate Choices
You may choose your real estate and mortgage providers independently. Real estate services are offered through Virtual Properties Realty LLC; mortgage services through Funding Solutions, LLC. Availability depends on the state, product and authorized provider. Choosing one service does not require using the other.
External Links
Funding Solutions remains the existing route to mortgage application information. Any provider calendar, mortgage application, or external resource operates under its own terms. Calendar options appear only when verified booking links are configured. A website inquiry does not reserve an appointment; the scheduling provider must confirm it.
