Who Handles Your Inquiry
Mark Habbal uses this website to respond to questions about Georgia real estate and financing. Real estate services are offered through Virtual Properties Realty LLC. Mortgage inquiries are handled through Funding Solutions, LLC, subject to applicable licensing and program availability. You may choose your real estate and financing providers independently.
Information You Provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone, selected service, question, and any optional property, location, timing or contact preferences you provide. A callback request instead requires your name, phone, topic and preferred time; email is not required. Mark confirms the time separately. We record your permission to respond, the notice version, submission time and a request reference. Permission to answer your question does not subscribe you to marketing.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, credit information, identification documents or loan documents here. This website is not a mortgage application. Use the existing secure application service when directed by your loan professional.
How Information Is Used and Stored
We use inquiry information to respond, organize follow-up, route the request to the appropriate business, prevent duplicate processing, and diagnose delivery problems. Inquiry and consent records are stored in Supabase PostgreSQL; contact and opportunity records are delivered to Zoho Bigin for Mark’s follow-up. Render hosts the website and delivery services. Access is intended for authorized personnel and service providers supporting these purposes.
Submitting a form does not automatically send your question to every financing provider. Any additional application or provider handoff has its own process and disclosures. Inquiry records may be retained for follow-up, consent evidence, security and applicable business or legal requirements. Contact Mark about access, corrections or deletion; applicable recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion.
Security and Website Information
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against automated abuse. It processes technical information about your browser and interaction under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Our intake system uses a hashed network address for rate limiting and stores delivery status and retry records. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Permitted campaign source, medium and campaign labels, together with a landing-page path, may accompany an inquiry. Session storage retains campaign attribution within the browser tab. Raw referrers, arbitrary query strings and calculator inputs are not stored with inquiries. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics service are installed.
Scheduling and External Services
Scheduling is optional and does not require an inquiry first. Where available, Calendly and Mark’s Outlook calendar handle appointments under their own policies. A direct appointment does not by itself subscribe you to marketing or create a website inquiry. Funding Solutions and LendingPad handle mortgage application information separately from this website.

Your Choices
You can call or email instead of using the form. Contact Mark to correct your inquiry information, request access or deletion, or ask that follow-up stop. Describe your request without emailing sensitive financial documents. We will consider requests under applicable requirements and may need to verify your identity.
